“The grapes are hand-harvested and left to dry for 15 days before vinification. This is followed by an 11-day maceration, with punch-downs and pump-overs to optimally extract aromas and structure. The wine is aged in two phases: part in stainless steel on fine lees, and part in second-pass barriques for 6–12 months. After blending, it is further aged in the bottle for at least 12 months, developing depth and harmony.

Venetian Soul
Our
Merlot
Among the hills of Breganze, where time seems to flow more slowly, Firmino Miotti cultivates a Merlot that does not follow trends, but tells the story of the land. A pure, sincere wine, born from patient work, rooted in ancient gestures and respect for the rhythm of nature. A Merlot that speaks with the accent of the Venetian hills, marked by the minerality of the volcanic soil and the artisanal care of a small winemaker who works with his hands, time, and experience.
Miotti’s Merlot is already intense in color: deep ruby-red, with garnet reflections developing over the years. On the nose it is rich yet composed: ripe red fruit, damp earth, tobacco, chocolate, with a hint of spice. On the palate it surprises with structure and freshness, with present but harmonious tannins capable of supporting it over time. It is a wine that does not seek immediacy, but asks to be waited for.
After years in the bottle, it offers rare depth and finesse. Ideal with robust dishes or to be enjoyed alone, when you want a glass that truly speaks. Few bottles, great substance. A Merlot out of the ordinary, moving to the rhythm of the land and leaving its mark.
