An intense and structured wine that fully expresses the richness and elegance of the Breganze DOC appellation. The two grape varieties are harvested separately at perfect ripeness and left to dry for 15 days, concentrating aromas and structure. After an 11-day maceration with frequent punch-downs and pump-overs, the wine is refined in stainless steel on fine lees and in second-passage barriques for 6–12 months, before being blended without aggressive filtration, preserving its full complexity.

With its deep ruby-red color, this Cabernet opens on the nose with aromas of small red fruits, followed by delicate spicy notes. On the palate it is dry, full-bodied, and enveloping, with silky tannins and a long-lasting finish. A wine with great aging potential, capable of refining in the bottle for many years. Thanks to its structure and aromatic complexity, it pairs beautifully with braised dishes, flavorful red meats, roasted kid, and aged cheeses.
Hills of Breganze
Un terroir particolare
Breganze, located in Veneto in the province of Vicenza, is a wine region with a long winemaking tradition and a terroir particularly suited to producing age-worthy red wines. Breganze reds are known for their structure, elegance, and excellent potential for long-term aging. Firmino Miotti is one of the most historic and representative producers of the Breganze area in Veneto.
His winery is a true guardian of the local winemaking tradition, with a craft-based, family-oriented approach deeply rooted in the territory. He is renowned for his work in rediscovering, protecting, and enhancing minor indigenous grape varieties that were at risk of extinction. Firmino Miotti’s red wines are not intended for immediate consumption, but to fully express themselves after years of aging.
His reserve wines, produced in very limited quantities, offer evolving aromatic complexity (ripe fruit, spices, medicinal herbs, leather, graphite), elegance on the palate thanks to skillful use of oak, and a structure capable of supporting aging for more than 10 years.
